Clothes & New Blankets has been distributed in Banchandra Roaja Para & Mejastar Karbari Para,
Longtharai Valley, Dhalai, Tripura by Tripura Swrwngnai Buthu on the on the occasion of
Republic Day, 26th January 2020. Many poor families
and old aged people were benefited from this distribution.

We
have donated a total number of 80 blankets to 80 families living in these two
villages, 20 nursery books, alphabets learning toys and also alphabets &
Numerical wall charts for the pre-school.
Where
we have seen people living in extreme poverty, due to unequal distribution of
resources, lack of basic facilities like drinking water, electricity, education
& high unemployment rates. There were no proper roads constructed to these villages,
we had to hike down the trails for an hour from where our vehicles were parked
to reach these villages.
All this wouldn't have been possible without Karnajoy Tripura of Banchandra Roaja Para, he is the only student currently doing his undergraduate
from his village. We would also like to thank Birendra Tripura, Dr.Nani Gopal
Tripura, Sanjib Tripura, Basanta Tripura, Rani Tripura for financially helping
us & also all T.S.B members for volunteering the event.
